About DL

The DL programs were designed for use by attorneys to compose legal documents. The programs are state-specific. Versions of DL are available for every state (except Louisiana) and the District of Columbia. The programs come with a 30-day money-back guaranty of your complete satisfaction.

For new customers the fee for licensing a single-state version of a DL library is $300. Updates are free for the first year and may be purchased for a nominal fee thereafter. For more information about each DL library, or to place an order, click on the name of the library in the left column.

Multi-state libraries cost $600 minus a $300 credit if you previously licensed the single-state version. See Multi-State Versions. All of the libraries for a state cost $3,000 minus a $300 credit for each state library you previously licensed. See Full System Orders.

Version 9 of DL is the current version. If you are using an old version, click on Update to Version 9.

If you have Version 9, from time to time you should download the Free Supplement to Version 9 which contains improvements to the programs. If you have not already done so, download the supplement dated 4/7/08.
