How do the Drafting Libraries work?

Each library asks relevant multiple-choice, yes/no and fill-in-the-blank questions, and then composes tailored documents based upon your answers. The documents you need at the moment, as well as ancillary documents needed to complete transactions, are prepared in 10 to 30 minutes.

The documents may be edited and printed using your firm's word processing software - Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, Lotus WordPro, etc. The programs run on computers with any version of Windows (e.g., Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME, or XP).
