DOWNLOAD OUR FREE SUPPLEMENT TO VERSION 9

If you have Version 9 of DL, you should download the Free Supplement to Version 9. The date of this supplement is 9/1/10. It contains cumulative improvements to Version 9 of DL. Recent changes and improvements include options to do "short sales" of houses and condos when consents to the sale are required from mortgagees and other designated lien holders since the proceeds of the sale would be insufficent to pay the liens. For New York attorneys there are the modified statutory short form power of attorney and the new no-fault grounds for divorce in New York.

When you download the supplement, a file named "DL Supplement to Version 9.EXE" will be downloaded. We suggest that you save this EXE file on your computer's desktop. After you have saved the EXE on the desktop you can double click on that EXE file to install the contents of the supplement over top of the Version 9 of DL on your computer (most users have DL in a C:\DLWIN folder). After you install the supplement you will see the 9/1/10 date on the "splash screen" (a picture of a court house with three lines of text) displayed when the DL program is first started.
