You can immediately download updates to the new Version 10 of DL, rather than having to wait for us to prepare and send you a CD. This helps us keep the costs of updates low. Both downloads and purchases on a CD are explained below.
DOWNLOADS OF UPDATES (recommended): The fastest and easiest method of getting the updates to Version 10 of DL is to download them from this site. Downloads of updates cost $35 per library (or $350 if you have all of the DL libraries for your state) plus a single $5 processing fee. This is less than the cost of updates on a CD. When you download the updates, you will save on your computer one or more files (such as the DL Wills Update.EXE file or the DL Full System Update.exe file). You can download these EXE files immediately or later using a link we will send you in an e-mail. Remember where you save the EXE files, so that you can access them later. You then can double-click on and run each EXE file and install the update over top of the older Version of DL on your computers (we have no objection to a firm using DL on up to three computers under the control of the firm). You can copy the EXE files onto a CD or ZIP drive to install them on the other permitted computers. If you have a new computer, first use the disks or CD you previously received from us to install the older version of DL, then run the EXE file to update the program to Version 10. To purchase downloads of the updates just click
DOWNLOADS OF UPDATES.
After you install the updates, you will see a new DL Ver 10 icon on your desktop. You can delete the old DL Ver 9 icon since it is no longer needed. If, when you start DL, you see that the old Version 9 still appears, you inadvertently had DL running when you installed the updates; you should exit DL and reinstall the updates.
Or you can PURCHASE UPDATES ON A CD. The cost of ordering updates on a CD is $50 per library (or $450 if you have all of the DL libraries for your state) plus a single $5 processing fee. To purchase updates on a CD
